I thoroughly enjoy Rping on gmod, my first RP server was a WW2 Russian Front RP in which I was a NKVD Commissar, and spawned my love of Gmod RPs. For a time I didn’t go on Gmod and rped on roblox (We don't talk about that). I have been on staff on roblox servers and Gmod servers, and I have a basic understanding of ULX.[/b] [b]Why do you want to be Staff(200 Letters Minimum)?:[/b] [b]I wish to be on the staff team because I have seen and been a part of an event hosted by staff. It was pretty enjoyable and I found the staff team all enjoyable people and I wish to work with them to help keep the server fun for everyone. You would be afraid and not want to make any moves. What is Metagame(Explain Thoroughly)?: When you use information Gained out of RP to influence your actions in RP. For example someone says "I am going to shoot up the orpo HQ" in OOC chat and all the Orpo officers arrest him. What would be Metagaming What is RDM & CDM(Explain Thoroughly)?: RDM is Random Deathmatch, and CDM is Car Deathmatch. RDM stand for when a player just randomly starts killing and attacking other people. CDM is RDM but in a car What is FailRP (Explain Thoroughly)?: Fail Roleplay is when someone does not abide by the Roleplaying rules. Say in game there is a gunfight going on and the hostile pulls a minigun out of nowhere or "sneaks away" when they have no chance of escape  What would you do in a situation where you get a Report of MassRDM and a Report of FailRP Write them Out Separately(Minimum 300 Letters): MassRDM: [/b][b]I would arrive at the place where it happened and find the player committing mass RDM. I would teleport them away and jail them, while bringing the person who reported them to us as well. I was asked the person who reported it if this was indeed the person who MassRDMed and if there were any others. I would then tell the RDMer what he did and ask him why. I would then inform him that it is against the rules and inform a higher level staff member to initiate the 2 weeks ban. FailRP:[/b] [b]I would go to whoever reported the FRP and ask them to point out who is FRPing, I would then teleport them both to a rooftop or somewhere out of reach and talk to both of them to get their stories. If the person is indeed doing something considered FRP, I would warn them and let them off after informing them the rule they broke. If they were not FRPing and the reporter was incorrect, I would inform him what he was doing was in line with the rules and return them both.
