How Long Have you been apart of the Community: I have been apart of it for almost a week now, around 3-5 days.



Tell us a bit about yourself(200 Letters Minimum)?: There isn't much to tell as I am not that special person, I was born in Bulgaria in hot summer (June) in a small town in the southern mountains. I love playing video games a lot on my PC and basically do it 24/7 and also hang out with a small group of people most would call friends but I do not consider a lot of people to be my friends as for me, it is a very strong word. I like studying history and in fact it's my favorite subject in school. I also tend to remember in detail things that interest me but if there is something that I do not find interesting or intriguing, I could forget it easily, unless it is also something important. I am usually a chill guy but can get easily annoyed, not angry but annoyed. If you haven't guessed by now, I am an introvert and I like spending more time in playing games with people, instead of going out and meeting them in the real world.



Why do you want to be Staff(200 Letters Minimum)?: I  want to make the community bigger, I want to warn people for a bad behaiviour. I want to help out on the server. I've seen rule breakers and i want to stop it. We all know that nobody likes rule breaker,hacker sometimes anti-cheats helps out with it. I fully read the rules and i know i'm not a rule breaker. I'm always constantly on Garry's Mod, I currently have 4200+ hours game time on Garry's Mod, I feel that I could better this community and put all of my experience dedicated into community.I am often on late at night when some staff are not. I am gamer and i play all games all night long. Some times im serious, sometimes i like to relax and rp. Garry's Mod is full of trolls that need to be taken care of. I play everyday from 1 hour to around 5 hours. I believe this will contribute to my time as Moderator hugely, most of the time staff members could be busy with sits and having more moderators could free up the server admins for serious and urgent problems.I would like to be staff because I want to help other people if there is a problem and to make peoples experience on Butters United better. I really love to play GMod with people. And I really would appreciate a chance to be staff on this server. 



What makes you a Better Choice over other Applicants(200 Letters Minimum)?: I am very active on the the server so I will be available to staff most of the time. This will help the server grow as frequent simulations and events motivate player to play on the server and stay for longer periods of time. I have also have previous experience staffing on GMod servers like DarkRP, StarWarsRP, HL2RP (Mainly CombineControl gamemode, but also ClockWork and Nutscript). I am also a very friendly person and will not cause any conflict within the server and people also don’t have to be afraid to ask for my help.
I will be very committed to my role and provide good ideas for events and also do my best with all the standard staffing.
I have a good understanding of admins commands and how to handle staff situations. I have a good knowledge about 1942RP servers and how GMod Roleplay works. I am very experienced in the game which is shown through my several hours on the game.
I also have coding and developing experience in GMod and I could provide help with and opinion about stuff like that.
Finally i'm very adaptable and can be relied on and trusted to complete a task.



What Experience do you have and if Possible list the Communities you were Staff On(100 Letters Minimum): I have quite a lot of experience as a moderator and administrator, having climbed the ranks from the bottom to top, eventually reaching the position of staff manager in one of the servers, it was called Switch Network and it is one of the only ones that I remember as they were quite a few, the only other one I can remember the name of is RaidTekk which I enjoyed a lot. Most of the servers I have been staff on were either CombineControl, ClockWork or DarkRP based gamemodes and I have only moderated a single NutScript server so you could say I am not the most experienced in terms of Nutscript commands, but as I said before, I can learn them very quickly and remember them.



Have you read over and understand the Server Rules thoroughly(https://buttersunited.mistforums.com/thread/server-rules-616492)?: Yes, I did.



What is FearRP(Explain Thoroughly)?: FearRP is a concept where an RPer's character fears for his life and would do anything not to lose it, such as doing whatever he's told while being on gunpoint.



What is Metagame(Explain Thoroughly)?: Metagaming is when a specific person or people use information that has been handed over to them Out of Character in Roleplay in order to get the advantage over certain situations, for example two friends play in the server, one of them gets in trouble and signals to his friend on steam to come save him, his friend of course uses this information that was given to him OOC through a steam chat and uses it In Character or In Roleplay.



What is RDM & CDM(Explain Thoroughly)?: RDM or Random Death Match is whenever someone kills another person (in-game ofc) for no specific reason and just because they thought it could maybe be fun, no that is no reason to kill someone and ruin the fun they're having. CDM is pretty much the same thing only that this time it is a vehicle that you use as the tool for the kill.



What is FailRP (Explain Thoroughly)?: FailRP is when someone fails to keep the concept of the RP and instead does whatever he wants, without concern for either consequence or his current RP restrictions, such as for example being handcuffed. I can give out quite a few examples here, all of them a different RP situation, but overall you get the idea. 



What would you do in a situation where you get a Report of MassRDM and a Report of FailRP Write them Out Separately(Minimum 300 Letters): I would bring the accused of MassRDM to a roof where I would question him at first and view his side of the story before I call any other witness or the person who filed the report. After I am done with that person I would bring the witnesses and the accuser of the situation in order to view their side of the story too, after I gain confirmation that this person has been definitely MassRDMing, I will not hesitate and issue the correct punishment. (The reason I would be bringing them one by one is because most of the times, people start arguing and talking sh*t about each other which gives me the staff member a hard time to assess the situation and deal with it)

If I get a report of FailRP from someone, I would first of all request of evidence that this person has been indeed FailRPing and if he has, I would check what he has actually done and if he has done something minor and not that much RP affecting, I would just bring him on a roof or somewhere isolated and attempt to explain to him why this is wrong and why he shouldn't do that, as if we're serious here, most people who actually make these kind of minor rule breaks are often unexperienced roleplayers and could even be their first time RPing. If the violation is let's say on a higher level, I would bring the specific rule breaker and issue him the proper punishment and also explain his mistake, if he continues to do it, I would issue him an even bigger punishment (Kick or in last case -- Ban). 




Are you Allowed to Randomly Give out Flags?: No, you are not allowed to give out flags to anyone unless you have been told to by a member of the Upper administration, in this case Superadmin+.


Have you Read and now Understand the Right Punishments you give out for Each Rule (-Redirect to the "1942RP Rules" Document- These must be followed Precisely.): Yes, I have read them.



Explain what the Requirements are to Get Flags as a User: I would say the main requirement for you to be able to gain any sort of permission is to be mature with it and not to abuse it and use it for your own gain and to satisfy your ego. The way to get flags as a user would be to fill out a proper application on the Forums.



Do you understand that you are required to be Regularly Active and if you are not you can be Demoted?: Yes, I do.





Do you understand that the Staff Manager and Owner can Remove you From Staff at any given time without prior Notice?: Yes, I do and I agree with it.

You are clearly very experienced and seem like a cool guy, this is probably one of the best Applications I have seen so far and to anybody else who reads this take this person as an Ideal Moderator!
