I was part of a Foster care system care  for awhile and it lend to depression. I focus my attention on games similar to this to get my head off of things from the past. My favorite subject in high school is history and I love learning about WW2. I came a long way to get this far to games and have far with all of you guys.I mostly play on PC and play GTA,Gmod,and Hoi4. Those games are my fav to play and I mostly play on servers like yours. Cause not all people know what to do when they try out a new server or roleplay style. People in server always need help and not all staff can just handle the problem themselfs. If someone need to be model change,role changed, and needs perms I'll be there to help. If a new player need helps with assistance with something they can't handle or fix, I'll be there.But If there a person Mass RDMING or VDMING. I will pull people that saw the situation and ask if its true or not.Also I will check the logs to see if he is lying to me or if the other person just blaming on him. Cause you can't just ban someone without having to meet with them.If I need permission for somethings like special events I will contact the higher the ups and talk to them. What makes you a Better Choice over other Applicants(200 Letters Minimum)?:I'm not special but I do the job as an admin and help people that need something or are breaking rules.I been playing Gmod for awhile but I been watching people play Gmod much longer on Youtube.If I get confused I usually search what I need on Youtube.But I know the rules and what people can and can't have.I'm not very strict but I do know what warnings to give when the person is breaking those specific rules in the RP server.I hate when people just FailRP or just not know what they are doing at all. I get mad when people just RDM and say "oh he did that and no he did that or no it was not me". Cause I am not dum enough to do that. I'll just check the logs or if I see him doing it before I'll just ban him for a little bit. I am trusted player and I dont just use admin to kill people for fun, I do my job like the other admins. What is Metagame(Explain Thoroughly)?:Metagaming is when a specific person or people use information that has been handed over to them out of character in roleplay in order to get an advantage over certain situations.Players abusing out-of-character knowledge to get unfair advantages (hell, the DM can even do this).Making it cheating. What is RDM & CDM(Explain Thoroughly)?:RDM is when a person is FailRPing and just killing people for no reason at all.That would make it not fun for the player to roleplay at all and they would just leave.CDM is similar but just this time the car is a weapon to kill someone. What is FailRP (Explain Thoroughly)?:FailRP is when someone fails to do real life concepts or not do what happen in history but just do whatever they want and does not care about the conern or the consequences that will be presented to him at that time.For example just driving cars out to date or being handcuff and not act like he/she is handcuffed.But there are alot of then but overall you should know. What would you do in a situation where you get a Report of MassRDM and a Report of FailRP Write them Out Separately(Minimum 300 Letters):I would bring player and ask why are you doing this and also bring the witnesses to see if it is true or not.But I need proof so I'll ask him and the witnesses of their sides of the storys.But I would not bring both cause people would just get mad at each other.So when I am done with him I will put him far away from the witnesses so they can talk to me about the situation.Also I will check the logs and bring the accuser back and telling how long he is getting ban for if the situation was true or not.Its also hard to deal with both people at the same time because sometimes people start talking sh*t and argue about each other and make it harder for me to deal with the situation.  If someone is FailRPing I will bring them on a roof and talk to then about why are you doing that and tell them not to do that again.Most of the time its just people not experience player and that are new to RPing. But If the person was doing it on a higher level and I would bring them to me on a roof and give them the proper punishment and explain why you can't do that and dont that again.If he keeps doing him it would result in a bigger consequence (kick or Ban). Have you Read and now Understand the Right Punishments you give out for Each Rule (-Redirect to the "1942RP Rules" Document- These must be followed Precisely.):?Yes  Explain what the Requirements are to Get Flags as a User:To get C flags you can get it by donating or sighing up.But If you want the other flags, you would have to go the link in discord to sigh up for flags and you have to give a valid reason why you need it. For example if you are a officer and you need to change players models for the specific division in the RP server and the owner would have to grant that to have those perms.
